USA Orders
30-Day Window Free Return Shipping for Store Credit
- For items returned within 30 days of receipt, you'll have a choice between receiving a refund or store credit.
- Free return shipping when you choose store credit.
- Requesting a refund? A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
- Items must be in re-sellable condition with all tags and original packaging.
- 20% restock fee applies if items are dirty, have animal hair, or have missing packaging/parts. If the product is unsellable (excessively used/dirty), a refund will not be issued.
- Clearance/closeout items are not eligible for return.

United Kingdom Orders
- You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to complete a return.
- Customer pays for return postage.
- Customer can choose refund or store credit.

Due to international customs rules, returns are not available outside the USA & UK.
