I purchased the mid-weight winter full seat breech, and read the fine print too late. This is mid-weight winter suitable for southern winters, not Maine winters! That said, I love the go-with-anything Dove Grey color and the style; great fitting waist band and very comfortable. One other caveat, aside from them not being winter weight for the Northeast, is that they run small. I am 5'7" 125 lbs and I purchased the large because I don't like things too tight. I'm glad I ordered a size up, the medium would have been much too tight despite a nice stretch to the fabric. Overall I really like the style and fabric, super comfortable.

I love love these riding pants! Horse hair does not stick, dirt wipes off. They look nice ride after ride! I have to make myself wash them. They stay nice after grooming, mucking, riding, nothing sticks! Very comfortable, but I would go one size up. They are tight. I am 5'2" and 126 pounds. I can wear the medium and even large.

Love these breeches. They do run small. They shed hay and horse hair like a champ! Very comfortable and warm. Pockets a bit tight for my iPhone in its Otter Box.

These breeches fit me perfectly, are very comfortable, and I like the color selection. I own several pairs.

I have searched high and low for winter breeches, most make me feel like I am wearing some sort of unbendable cardboard and don't even keep me that warm--or they always feel like they are falling down or not quite on right. These, however, are flexible, comfortable, look nice, are thin enough so that my boots still fit, and are warm enough for all but the coldest days (where, let's be honest...nothing is warm enough). These are the ones I reach for on cold days now and I am SO glad I decided to try "one more pair" before giving up on winter breeches all together!
