Nice upgrade for the comfort girth! It does seem to remove about an inch from the length, but that may change as it gets worn in. Very soft, fits perfectly.

I love everything about this girth. The elastic throughout, the removable padding with multiple options, the pressure-relief areas, etc. Even my saddle fitter approved the girth saying it wasn't contoured and was straight, which is exactly what my horse needs!! She just told me that I need to exchange it for a larger size 32" instead of the 28"! Highly recommend. Will be exchanging for larger size AND purchasing a long girth.

Removable Fleece Pads for Short Comfort Girth

I love the stretchiness of this girth, my sensitive mare goes well in it. I own two, the first was a bit small but I will keep it for my young horses just getting started. I would recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. I use the black fuzzy pads. They wash well.

I have now bought this short girth for both of my horses, and the improvement for both of them has been impressive and unique. The first horse stopped being girthy, and she was TERRIBLE about being girthed up. The second horse suffered terribly with girth rubs during hot summer months, and he has not had a single one since changing to this girth. Both move with extra freedom. Would recommend to anyone.
