Delivery to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand
When choosing standard shipping with our cross-border logistics carrier you can expect your package to be delivered +/- 3 weeks from the USA. Expedited shipping is 7-10 days with major carriers such as DHL, UPS, and Fedex.
Delivery to the EU
Many of our products are available to ship directly from within the EU but some are only available from the USA. Duties and taxes are included in your purchase regardless of where it ships from. When shipping from the USA, you can expect your order +/- 2 weeks. Shipments from within the EU will be delivered in 5-7 days.
Delivery to the UK
Products are shipped from the USA. Duties and taxes are included in your purchase. You can expect your order +/- 2 weeks.

We accept all major credit cards, in addition to Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to complete the return or exchange. Returns received more than 30 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
We provide free return shipping for all orders returned for store credit. A return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund when requesting a refund. Items must be returned in new condition with all tags and original packaging included. There will be a 20% restock fee for any items returned dirty, traces of animal hair, missing parts of packaging. If item is exceptionally filthy and used and the product is unsellable, a refund will not be issued.
All clearance/closeout items are not eligible for return. We encourage you to carefully examine your products before sending them back and taking some time to wipe them down if necessary as to not incur the restocking fee.
