The Position Reminder takes the place of that old trainer trick of the whip behind your back, which leads to an uncomfortable over-correction.
Place the Position Reminder higher on the arms to work on your shoulders and lower on the arms to work on your elbows. It is designed to be comfortable and without being too restrictive or compressive.
Regular Size: fits most women under dress size 16 (US) 20 (UK) or 48 (EU) with biceps less than 12" (30cm) in diameter.
XL Size: fits great for women who wear over a dress size 16 (US) 20 (UK) or 48 (EU) and men who wear a shirt size L or larger.

Delivery to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand
When choosing standard shipping with our cross-border logistics carrier you can expect your package to be delivered +/- 3 weeks from the USA. Expedited shipping is 7-10 days with major carriers such as DHL, UPS, and Fedex.
Delivery to the EU and UK
Many of our products are available to ship directly from within the EU/UK but some are only available from the USA. Duties and taxes are included in your purchase regardless of where it ships from. When shipping from the USA, you can expect your order +/- 2 weeks. Shipments from within the EU/UK will be delivered in 5-7 days.
Shipping is by USPS and UPS and generally and takes 2-5 business days within the U.S.A.
Standard international delivery takes between 10-30 days for and express international delivery takes 7-10 days.
