Aaron Vale Rein with 3 Slim Hand Grips
Created in collaboration with Aaron Vale, one of America's most successful and prolific Grand Prix Show Jumping riders.
Invented to offer more comfort and stability with a unique hand-stitched rein stop. The slim stop is a smaller, more streamlined grip with less padding. The rein adjusts so the grips can be placed precisely where the horse and rider find their best connection. It improves the straight line from the bit to the elbow and encourages more relaxed arms and softer hands.
For dressage or jumping these reins provide riders of all skill levels a more comfortable and simpler way of keeping their rein length.
This rein is a training tool to help riders and horses create muscle memory that can be recalled for competition.

Regular reins adjust from 52" (132cm) to 58" (147cm) in 2" (5cm) increments. Want to go shorter? Plenty of room to customize!
Pony Size Reins adjust from 42" (106cm) to 48" (122cm). Great for our smaller 4 legged friends!

Many of our products are available to ship directly from within the EU/UK but some are only available from the USA. Duties and taxes are included in your purchase regardless of where it ships from. These reins are a game changer for me. I’m 62 years old and my hands have worked so hard the last 40 years! My grip has been so weak. It took nothing for my mare to barely tug my reins out of my hands! Also, I could not keep my reins as short as needed, my grip just didn’t have it. (look at my photo how long my reins got by the time I was canter at my show in 2023) Once i got these reins my mare has changed so much in her shape. I can finally keep them where they need to be while i work her body into the correct supple shape.
So you can see my purpose of buying these reins was for keeping the length that I wanted. I love them.
