USA Orders

30-Day Window Free Return Shipping for Store Credit Standard Items Eligible for Exchanges Oversized Items Have Special Policies
  • For standard items returned within 30 days of purchase, you may choose between a refund, exchange or store credit. On oversized items you may choose between a refund or store credit.
  • You receive free return shipping when you choose store credit on standard items. On oversized items, their is a $10 return shipping fee deducted from your store credit.
  • For refunds on standard items, a $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. On oversized items, a $20 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. We will provide you with a shipping label.
  • Items must be in re-sellable condition with all tags and original packaging.
  • 20% restocking fee applies if items are dirty, contain animal hair, or have missing packaging/parts. Unsellable items will not receive a refund.
  • Clearance / closeout items are not eligible for return.
